SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are handmade in our Studio and some orders may take longer, but we aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days.

Most orders arrive within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch, however, please be aware that due to COVID some areas of the UK are experiencing longer delays of up to 10 working days for orders to arrive. Our standard delivery service is not tracked and not guaranteed within a timeframe. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our product please contact us. We are more than happy to help resolve your issue.

We are happy to accept returns as long as we are notified and the item returned to us is in a salable condition within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to refund shipping costs. 

Please contact us via email in the first instance to obtain return confirmation.

Return shipping charges are to be paid for by the customer. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it

  • Your item must have been purchased in the last 14 days

  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase 

  • Your item was purchased using your details  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was on sale when you purchased it, unfortunately it is non-returnable.
